Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Helmets and head protection that have been worn or show signs of use
  • Protective gear that has been used or altered
  • Any item marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return Contact us at contact@thunderboltarmorpro.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partner and provide return instructions, including the correct return address.

Return Shipping

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected by our fulfillment partner, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@thunderboltarmorpro.com with photos of the damage. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

Lost or Undelivered Packages If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with our fulfillment partner.
